SKETCH

In the first phase of the project, it is enough to produce a sketch or make a drawing of a detail by hand, which will be converted into
a preliminary technical drawing in the next phase of the project.

TECHNICAL DRAWING

After agreeing to to first phase of the sketch, we move onto the next phase where a technical drawing will be made with all dimentions and details specified

ASSEMBLY DRAWING

In the third stage of project, a full pre-implementation documentation is created, including both technical drawings of individual mold components and an assembly drawing

3D DESIGN

At this stage, having prepared the full pre-construction documentation in the form of detailed technical drawings, we move on to the stage of creating 3D elements and preparing comprehensive construction documentation, taking into account the selection of appropriate materials and the requiered technology to make the tool.

MANUFACTURE OF THE MOLD

The project is carried out in a strictly planned manner on various machines and devices in our workshop.
The creation of the subsequent components and mold elements is constantly monitored by the project manager who constantly supervises the tool’s manufacturing process.

ASSEMBLY OF THE MOLD

At this stage, all the elements and mechanisms of the tool are assembled into one coherent assembly. All small details that require
adjustment are taken into account at this stage.

MOUNTING OF THE MOLD

At this stage, the mold is mounted on the injection molding machine to perform test injections. This method allows us to check the correctness of the tool and assess the quality of the finished detail.

PRODUCTION

The project has been completed at this stage of implementing the mold for mass production. Both the tool and the documentation associated with the tool have been handed over to the end customer. We guarantee all technical suport as well as while the tool is being used.

FINISHED PRODUCT

The finished product was made using a mold designed and manufactured by Plastikon s.c.
