DIE CUTTERS

The punching tools manufactured in our company are characterized by high resistance to mechanical impacts, and a robust compact structure. Due to their purpose, we build cutting dies based on specialized materials from proven manufacturers. The use of these materials to make the die, especially parts exposed to damage, i.e. punches and dies, and compliance with rigorous heat treatment, results in long-term failure-free operation of the tool. The quality of the entire die construction and its individual parts is the key to obtaining high-quality die-cut details. The concept of the tool and its detailed design are based on 3D design software. We make single- and multi-pass cutting dies. We repair and modernize both tools manufactured by our company and those provided by our clients.
